When the weather starts to cool I pay a little more attention to our home,
cook and bake more and find myself creating more than ever.
The blog follows one woman as she learns to
cook and bake more recipes from her home kitchen.
With my husband's parents around, I was also able to
cook and bake more.
I have a friend who has more kids than me, whose husband works longer hours than mine, who
cooks and bakes more than I do, and yet her house is tidier than mine, always tidier than mine.

more accuracy than

I am still learning to
cook,

bake.
There has been a lot of great

baking (with much

I've been asked on
more than one occasion where my love of
cooking and baking come from,
and I really just don't know.
... I added a little bit
more water
and tomato paste to the

cooking at 375 for about an hour.

more than a millimetre on the foot when nudged gently) but they won't come off the parchment easily, slide the parchment back onto the

more and when it comes to
cooking /
baking we're always drawn to recipes that are easy

When I do
baking projects such as for the gluten free ratio rally I do get out all those
more exotic ingredients because I want to produce the right chemistry for a certain item, but that is certainly not our day to day
cooking / eating habits,
and it is nice once in a while to be able to recreate some things... but replacing gluten is certainly not our every day goal.
For the most part, I

more of it into my diet without much effort.

Other than being really grateful for friends that love to eat

I do not enjoy

more reluctant I am to make it, but this banana
and oat recipe takes the biscuit, it's all for me.

As I continue my venture into gluten -
and - grain free
cooking, as well as avoiding refined sugars, I have been using
more coconut products in my
baked goods — the oil is great for flaky scones, for instance,
and the flour makes a good substitute for grain - based flours.
Sprinkle with a bit
more mozzarella (less is
more in this case — I find too much cheese keeps the crust from
cooking properly)
and bake in a hot oven until the crust is golden
and the cheese melted
and browned.
If you want to have
more of a dome, you can
bake the cupcakes at high heat for a while to get the dome
and then lower the heat to continue
cooking them.

cooking in the crock pot I placed chicken in bottom of

and poured soup on top... opened a pack of chicken stove top stuffing

I love to

The eggs were slightly
more cooked than I usually prefer, but that's often the case with
baked eggs
and there was still a bit of runny yolk to keep me happy!
