You could also make this as a bread, just
cook in a loaf pan for 50 - 60 minutes, testing after 50 minutes with a toothpick.

loaf the day before — simply combine the ingredients, place it
in the fridge overnight all wrapped up
in the
pan, then
cook it fresh, as normal, day - of.

pan — but don't
cook it — and just keep it
in the fridge overnight; allow it to come to room temp then
cook as normal.
