I've tried to get that crispiness on my slow
cooked meat dishes but didn't get there until reheating leftovers the next night, usually on the grill or toaster oven.
Plus, in my experience with
cooking meat dishes and vegetarian dishes, it's a whole lot easier to get the vegetarian ones right (even the more complicated recipes) than the meat ones.

Not only do I believe you haven't a clue how to
cook, you probably would
cook out of dirty
dishes, dirty oven and haven't the common sense how to kosher your
meat.
I had already been
cooking for many years but when I took away the usual constraints» of how I put a
dish together around a piece of
meat or fish I began
cooking in a totally different way, focusing on flavour, texture, colour and layering flavours, citrus and spices to create amazing joyful satisfying food, led by the new amazing way I felt but also my deep love of food and the knowledge I'd gained through years in the kitchen.

Whenever doing stir fries, I like to
cook the veggies separately, then set them aside on the serving
dish before
cooking the
meat or mushrooms.
However, sometimes whenever I eat Biryani (Rice

dish) I get cramps in my legs and feet.

I do whole chicken in the slow
cooker with skin on for moisture and flavor, then strip the skin off, save the skinless
meat for other
dishes, season the skin with whatever I'm in the mood for, lay it out on a lightly spray - oiled cookie sheet, and broil it for a few minutes until crispy.
