cook through if you are using one of the recommended brands of almond flour:

it cook through if i did it on low and added dried chickpeas instead of canned ones?
They take too long to
cook through if you don't, so the outside gets too brown before the center is set.
You can also bake the bread afterwards to make sure it's
cooked through if you want.
In my picture the onions are chopped, but they will do a better job
cooking through if you mince them.
