cook with almond and coconut flour much more enjoyable!
I don't bake or
cook with almond flour much (although I have added a Tbsp here or there to some recipes, like the coconut flour cupcakes... but I'm thinking it's not really necessary there either, and I'll update you on that soon!).

I made it this morning (added some mashed banana to
cook along
with the
almond milk) and it was divine!
But here we make it a tad more special and extra delicious by
cooking the oatmeal
with pure apple juice / cider, spices, butter or coconut oil and chopped
almonds for extra rich flavor and texture.

In this yummy vegan brownie recipe, we're using
almond flour in conjunction
with oat flour,
cooked quinoa and raw cacao powder which makes them seriously delicious (and healthy).

I think the
almond meal gave it such a nice flavor but if you are
cooking for someone
with a nut allergy you could substitute additional oat flour.
Remove from oven, top each fillet
with almonds, then continue to broil until

cook with gluten - free and
