animal flesh, ova or secretions for the following reasons: parasites; pathogens; endotoxins (
cooking doesn't work here); carcinogens; saturated fat; excessive protein; hormones / hormone mimickers; agribusiness chemicals; poor phytonutrient / antioxidant content; unethical treatment of
animals; environmentally unsustainable production methods; and there are much better choices for all necessary nutrients.
