It does so much business in takeout tacos, quesadillas, burritos and other quickie
dishes that the drink coolers that line one
side of the shop are mainly filled with fresh ingredients
for the
cooks.
When you
cook it in that way, it just gets soft and mushy — which is okay if you are sautéing with onions

for this, I needed them to hold their shape.
These would be the perfect
