cooking water at 6 months when they started reaching for our food, then organic egg, pureed organic chicken and
grass feed beef around 10 months, and the little one, like his brother, will start grains, yogurt and fruits around 12 months.
You can add a bit of chicken liver (has more iron than
beef liver) to
grass -
fed beef burgers, just mix it in before
cooking it and give him that if he's ready.
