It's usually lentils or quinoa (we
cook large batches so we always have some ready in our fridge),
greens, fruit, some roasted
veggies and eggs.
Roughly 1/2 cup each of: - Red Pepper, sliced - Carrot, Shredded or peeled thinly with a veggie peeler, or chopped - Broccoli Florets - Broccoli Stem - Cauliflower -

Once
veggies are
cooked, allow to cool 5 - 10 minutes, then divide spinach and mixed
greens between two plates or large bowls, layer with sweet potatoes, brussels sprouts, garbanzo beans, dried cranberries, and goat cheese.
Your quickest
cookers should be added last like bean sprouts, onions, or leafy
green veggies.
Add the
green onions and mushrooms and
cook for another 5 minutes until the
veggies are soft and meat is
cooked through.
1/2 cup Earth Balance Spread (Original) 1/2 cup sliced, toasted almonds 1 pound of
cooked green beans or asparagus (or any other
veggies that you like) Salt to taste Pepper to taste
While your
veggies are
cooking, prepare your
green curry sauce by whisking all of the ingredients in a bowl.
The broccoli doesn't look as nice on the second day, as
green veggies always tend do get duller in color after being
cooked.
Toast sesame seeds first in a dry pan
Cook wild rice (Trader Joe's has a nice blend with daikon radish sprouts) Chop and saute
veggies — usually lots of
greens, garlic and onions, plus whatever else I happen to have Scramble a few eggs or chop up some leftover meat

To skip the roasting step, try substituting softer

So pair fresh vegetables with
cooked veggies, combine crisp
greens and crunchy toasted seeds, toss fresh herbs into your vinaigrette, spiralize your vegetables for added texture and flair, toss in cubes of velvety avocado.
Action step: Replace sweets with vegetables, especially high - fiber
veggies like
greens and lettuces, beets, and prebiotic
veggies like lightly
cooked or raw onions and fermented asparagus.
On the positive side, I have also received messages from people who were able to finally resolve chronic kidney stone or fibromyalgia issues once they significantly reduced or eliminated their
green smoothie intake in favor of salads and / or
veggies cooked in a healthy fat.
In your frying pan add the olive oil or
cooking spray and first add the mushrooms and onion let these
cook until the onion is slightly translucent then add the rest of your
veggies until the broccoli is a bright
green or until desired texture.
In terms of leafy
greens, 2 cups are considered 1 cup; otherwise, 1 cup of raw of

green veggie such as zucchini during the last 5 - 6 minutes of
cooking if desired.
I ate my steaks, fish or chicken with lots of all kind of raw salads (
green veggies, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc), all kinds of 2 minute
cooked cream soups, eggs, bacon, Ezequiel bread, smoothies with soy milk, eat lots of walnuts, pistachios, natural dips with raw
veggies.
