Over the years I've changed the way that I eat — home -
cooked meals instead of frozen fare — and I've realized just how much food is love.
I also like to make this for my family and then freeze the leftovers for my husband to take to work so he has a home -
cooked meal instead of something out of a can.

meal, shredded coconut, quick
cooking oats and quinoa flakes.
