These quinoa cakes came together really easily (they'd be super quick if you already have leftover
cooked quinoa at hand) and are bang on with the flavours.
If you want to turn it into more of a meal than a side add a cup and a half of
cooked quinoa at the end.

cooked quinoa at step 2.

Quinoa is great because it takes less time to
cook than other whole grains, just 15 to 20 minutes, compared to rice or barley

quinoa for 20 minutes and let it sit for 15... and have total time
at 30.
