Nuts supply about 5 kcal per gram, compared, for example, to
cooked rice which supplies only about 1 kcal per gram.
Most of these can handle different types of rice and result in evenly
cooked rice which is ready to be served steaming hot.

Back home, there is a type of
rice that is typically used in dovga,
