For crockpot or slow -
cooker pork, simmering all day on low with
veggies and fruits works best.
The wet markets are normally at least two stories tall, with fish, poultry,
and meat on the first level
and veggies,
fruits, spices,
and other
cooking supplies on the second level.
How To Use: Soups, garden salads (some root
veggies may be served raw, others need to be

fruits,
cooked veggies) > firm (meats, apples, etc) > crunchy (foods that «snap» uncooked carrots, celery, etc.) > mixed textures (spaghetti, stews, creamed corn, lasagna, etc).
I'm sure it would be wonderful if we all had time to
cook up a fresh meal 3 times a day for our babies — full of fresh
fruits and veggies, extremely well -
cooked or chopped so that they won't choke.
You can also do some
veggies and fruits shopping for her if the option of
cooked food is not convenient.
Some sources suggest introducing
cooked produce to your baby initially, because the
cooking process alters the tiny amount of protein contained in
fruits and veggies.
It's important to note that if you are feeding an infant under the age of 1, completely raw
fruits and veggies are difficult for their tummies to digest
and the
