I made it this morning (added some mashed banana to
cook along with the almond
milk) and it was divine!
Add
cooked lentils to food processor
along with chopped plantain and almond
milk.
Once the rest of the
milk is added and the quinoa has a light creaminess to it, add the
cooked lentils to the pot,
along with chard and parsley.
Add butter to the pan and melt, add flour and
cook for a minute, add
milk in 1 c increments,
along with the garlic powder and red pepper flakes.

cooked garlic and sprout mixture

cooked beans and roasted vegetables, if using,
along with the coconut
milk, if using.
Add the
milk mixture into the slow
cooker along with the kale.

Cook onions until soft and translucent / Add garlic, ginger and curry powder and stir fry for a couple of minutes until aromatic / Add tomatoes, green beans and potatoes
along with the coconut
milk / Stir and let simmer, partially covered, for about 20 minutes until the potatoes are soft / Add tofu cubes and season
with salt, pepper and chili sauce to taste.
Once the
cooked sweet potatoes have cooled, save 3 tablespoons aside and throw the rest in a blender or food processor
along with the dark date juice concentrate,
milk, tahini and vanilla.

cooking, its common to
cook spinach in coconut
milk,
along with a base of some onions, tomatoes and some peppers.

cooked quinoa,

milk, ricotta and 1/2 cup of the Fontina.
Pour the soaked grains into the slow -
cooker along with the additional water,
milk and cinnamon.
For dinner, 3 cups of ww pasta
with a mushroom tomato sauce for dinner
with a large 5 cup romaine lettuce salad

with Dijon mustard and balsamic vinegar dressing, an ounce of toasted almonds and 1/2 cup of broccoli sprouts; for lunch a 16 ounce bowl of 15 bean soup, a slice of Ezekiel bread, 8 ounces of carrots and a large apple for lunch; and for breakfast a banana, blueberry, strawberry smoothie made
with soy
milk and ground flax seed
along with a 2 cups of steel cut oatmeal
cooked in water
with an ounce of raisins and a tablespoon of brown sugar.
Add this mixture to the blender,
along with the
cooked squash, coconut
milk, and stock.
Add half of the
cooked russet potatoes to a large mixing bowl
along with the remaining tablespoon of butter, the garlic mixture and one - half cup of whole
milk.
