Hahaaa... I agree as I had to
cook my still VERY moist banana
nut loaf for over 1.5 hrs when the original

Elana, Its funny you posted this... I was thinking last night about your truffle series and I was toying with the idea of
cooking the almond butter / agave mixture down a little more (from the turtle
recipe) and scooping and forming it into small balls with a cashew or hazelnut in the middle and coating them in chocolate and more chopped
nuts.

For single specialized
recipes (like Tiramisu and Super Greens), you'll need ingredients like rum, matcha powder, etc. - For the protein bars toppings / frostings, you'll need Greek yogurt, Neufchâtel cream cheese, coconut oil, various
nuts and seeds, caramel sauce (I used Date Lady ® Organic Caramel Sauce throughout the book because it's made from dates instead of sugar), 100 % fruit spread, ground flaxseed meal, shredded coconut, quick
cooking oats and quinoa flakes.

Hi Amy, I've been eyeing these up to make since you posted the
recipe and finally have all the ingredients on hand (it's funny how when you soak things, having the specific combo of soaked &
cooked grains / beans /
nuts that you need for a
recipe seems to be such a lucky occurrence!!).
Although I would have loved to call this cake raw, I can not since the
nuts in this
recipe are
cooked.
