Sweet Potato Casserole - Flavorful,
cooked sweet potatoes mashed and blended with a dash of brown sugar, a sprinkling of
pumpkin pie spices and a few other on - hand ingredients and finally, topped with a creamy crust of marshmallows.

Combine the flesh of the
cooked sweet potato, coconut flour, almond flour, almond butter, applesauce, almond milk,
pumpkin pie spice, sweetener, baking soda, and vanilla in the bowl of a food processor.
This
pumpkin pie slime is super jiggly (as opposed to stretchy) and stays in place when you mold it, so it's perfect for pretend
cooking sensory play!
Since I moistened my fingers, the crust was quite sticky and I was worried about it not
cooking with the heavy
pumpkin pie filling, so (contrary to the recipe instructions) I par - baked it for about 5 minutes.
Used one
pie pumpkin instead of canned (cut in half, take seeds out, put in microwavable dish with some water and
cook for approximately 20 minutes or until tender, scoop out flesh and puree with a hand blender).

pie pumpkins») as the ones sold for Jack O'Lanterns are very watery and not as flavorful.
To make 8 full servings,
cook 1/2 cup
pumpkin purée with 2 teaspoons
pumpkin pie spice, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/2 cup granulated sugar.

pies then freeze them for Thanksgiving.

Boil 3/4 almond milk, 1/2 ripe banana, and a 1/4 cup
pumpkin puree add oats, turn heat to low, add cinnamon and
pumpkin pie spice, keep stirring until the oats are
