All I had to do this time
around was
cook up and photograph a new batch, but wouldn't you know it, I screwed up my own
recipe.
Each portion in my
recipe gets 4 oz raw weight, which is usually
around 3 oz
cooked.
Plus I like to
cook double amount of certain
recipes, so I have enough food to play
around with styling and different settings.
These
cooked quickly in the pan and curled up
around the edges for easy turning as promised in the
recipe.
I just got
around to making them last week, and I encountered the same problem as Angie where even after
cooking it for the full time on the
recipe, it was uncooked in the center.
You can play
around with the
recipe by adding things like sautéed mushrooms, swiss chard, or
cooked potatoes.
