Second question I have struggled to find raw uncooked beetroot, would beetroot from the supermarket
cooked in its own juices (it doesn't list any other ingredients)
work in your recipes instead (I think its either steamed or boiled can't quite remember), I
just really want to make your beetroot and buckwheat risotto!
Yes that isn't a problem at all,
just make sure that you
cook them at 30C or dehydrate them until hard again before you use them for this recipe, as it won't
work if the nuts are too soft and wet.
The blend of spices
worked so well I was feeling lazy after a busy day so used
cooked lentils (also added a couple of grated carrots for extra texture haha) but it still

work just fine as would avocado or light olive oil.
I could only find a 5 lb shoulder so I almost doubled all of the ingredients, it

just fine and there was no major change to

I eat as many greens as possible to get fresh raw omega 3 fats, but my diet is based on starches and I don't tolerate flax seeds, the Mc Doughall way
works for me,
just a bit concered about the omega 3 though because of

cooked beans a million times over canned, but you haven't planned ahead, canned will

You could certainly make this with any other winter squash, it's
just that kabocha is the best, so why would you:) Other greens, like chard or collards,
work in this as well,
just adjust your
cooking times accordingly so the greens are wilted, not crunchy.
That way I will be able to spend more time

cooker manual has different ratios depending on the rice type, but I hate reading manuals and
