When freezing, I boil first, let them dry
off a bit (a wooden cutting board keeps them from sitting in puddles of water; don't put on a
cookie rack — the thin metal cuts through the soft dough and all your fillings slurp out), then freeze them on
baking sheets dusted with flour.

Bake -
Off Contest has had me in the mood to crank up the oven for some
cookie making.
From crunchy to chewy, citrusy to chocolate - filled, these amazing holiday
cookies can win any holiday
bake -
off.
Place them on greased
cookie sheet or parchment paper and
bake for 12 minutes and when time goes
off, open oven door slightly, turn
off oven, and let
cookies cool in oven for 20 minutes
The
cookies came out pretty good, but if you are not using the yacon syrup, then you need to let the
cookies cool
off for like 25 minutes after you
bake them.
The water in this paste probably just
bakes off with most
cookies but not when it is layered into a galette.
They're reusable and washable, and
cookies slide right
off with no
baking spray needed!
Let
cookies completely before attempting to move them
