However, I can definitely
taste it in
cakes and
cookies (
tastes chalk - y), and I'm not crazy about the dense texture it turns out.
To take the edge off the guilt trips I went on (I HAD to
taste the
cake, you see) I religiously snacked on these healthy treats: black chickpea sprouts salad, black chickpea sprouts sundal, roast vegetables with mushrooms, zesty date orange muffins, oatmeal fruit and nut breakfast
cookies, multigrain sundal and this refreshing ginger, mint and cumin limeade.
I was met with
cookies that spread ALL OVER the baking sheet,
cookies that didn't spread at all,
cookies that looked perfect but had the texture of crumbly
cake, and
cookies that seemed to melt into something that
tasted like sand after taking a bite.
The results were a fudgy, brownie,
cake - like
cookie which
tasted fabulous.
I have been
tasting way too many

cake recipes for the upcoming christmas — so this recipe is definitely one i will be making this week.

Today was making Irish Soda Bread for a dinner and decided to try a GF version for me, was a crumbled mess but
tasted good (pancake and baking mix and a GF recipe) decided to try a 2nd batch with different flour, used the King Arthur Measure for Measure and my regular recipe,
taste is a little different because it's not wheat flour but it's very good and baked up just like the wheat flour version, will definitely be switching to this GF flour for all my baking, looking foreward to
