Since my main weakness is
cookies, I decided to come up with my own recipe that
had less sugar but still tasted good.
I haven't made no - bake
cookies in years, but I love the idea of a treat that uses that much
less sugar!
If you
would rather frost your
cookie add
less wine to the
sugar or use your favorite icing recipe.

have far
less sugar and fat than traditional
cookies (the carrot supplies some of the moisture) and are made with both whole wheat flour and rolled oats, which counts for something.
The texture is amazing and I love how the

Even though they are made from whole - wheat flour, integral crackers and
cookies are still crackers and
cookies, so they
have minimal benefits for you compared to other ingredients which contain
less fat and no added
sugar.

Fruits contain important vitamins, antioxidants, and water and tend to
have less sugar by volume, while snacks like
cookies and candy typically contain more contain more
sugar without the nutrition value.
It's not easy to find a
cookie recipe that is low in calories, carbs, fat and
sugar, much
less one that
has so many yummy flavors, but this one is exactly that!
I am still trying to make this recipe with xylitol instead of agave syrup because I am trying to create a
cookie that will
have a lower glycemic index and
less sugar (forget the chocolate chips for now, I will work on that part later!).
