So I took my Cooking Light magazine home and got to reading.

One of the reasons I much prefer reading food blogs to cookbooks or cooking magazines is the human element.

In every magazine I picked up, on every blog I read, on every cooking show that came on, in my dreams.

Once I removed the wool over my eyes (a.k.a. read a magazine that featured a variety of recipes for beef short ribs) I was immediately memorized by the ease in the cooking method, the succulent appearance and rich juicy bite of a simple beef rib.
