You can use any of
the cooking methods above to prepare sweet potato as a first food for your baby, although baking the potato in its skin is the easiest!

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F. Choose your protein option (s) from the
above list and
cook via preferred
method.
If the
above method doesn't work for you,
cook the cream on direct very low heat.
If you are new to
cooking with quinoa flour, I recommend trying the storage
method above, but make sure to smell the flour before using it to see if it has gone rancid.
Once nearly
cooked, add the ingredients as per the
method above, or if you'd prefer to have the apple as a base with the crumble on top - keep the apple aside and top with the oats.

method may be causing me to slowly and unknowingly burn the bottom of my steamer basket, and suggests using a wok, skillet, or other vessel with sloped sides instead, which will allow the steamer to safely sit suspended
above the water and not touch the bottom (teehee).
Simply prepare the fruit using one of the
methods described
above, then place it in a food processor and blitz until smooth — or simply mash the
cooked fruit thoroughly.
