I have never tried
cooking oats in a slow cooker.
Great idea for
cooking the oats in a bowl in the crock.
Cooking oats in a double boiler while you shower and dress in the morning also works well.
I always find my quinoa flakes online, but you could also try using quick
cooking oats in their place
