You can grill them but I prefer to
cook them in a pan with a little bit
of olive oil to develop a nice
crust (also helping to enhance the texture).
This one suffered burning
of the
crust whilst the interior was perhaps a little under
cooked so we perhaps did not experience it at its best.
The pie

cook sufficiently with only 15 min

One example is the stainless steel rack that lifts
cooked pizzas approximately 1 / 4 - inch above the serving pan so the juices drip down and keep the
crust crisp instead
of allowing it to get soggy.
Return the stones to the oven and
cook the pizzas for 9 - 11 minutes or until the
crust is golden and the topping is bubbly, switching the position
of the stones halfway through if pizzas seem to be
cooking unevenly.
