I
cooked a couple of whole Branzino in plenty of olive
oil, seasoned and with slices of lemon on the
inside of each.
Instead of being deep fried, these vegan friendly sticks have been
cooked in some coconut
oil, which allows the cheese
inside to melt whilst giving the outside a slight crisp.
Put in a baking dish, cover loosely with lightly
oiled greaseproof paper which should sit
inside the dish and directly on the chicken pieces, and bake for about 8 - 10 minutes or until the chicken pieces are just
cooked through.
Coat the
inside of a round 1 / 2 - cup measuring cup (for large burgers) or 1 / 4 - cup measuring cup (for sliders) with a little
oil or
cooking oil spray.
Honey and golden syrup are very sticky, so before measuring, spray the
inside of the measuring cup with a non stick
cooking spray or use a mild flavored
oil.
Add the chicken and
cook, stirring occasionally, until it is lightly browned on the outside and no longer pink on the

My favorite way to
cook acorn squash is to cut it in half, scoop out the seeds, rub the
insides with coconut
oil, and bake at 400 degrees F until they're soft; about 30 minutes.Then scoop out the
insides and refrigerate until you're ready to use.
