Using a grill basket, sear the fish on one side for about 5 - 6 minutes, then flip and
cook on the other side for about 5 minutes, or until tender and flaky.
When the fritters are crispy and browned on one side, about 5 minutes, use a spatula to flip them and
continue cooking on the other side until crisped, about 5 minutes longer.
