First line up molds, if you are using silicone cupcake liners like me place them in
a cooking pan so that when you are pouring and you happen to spill then it is easy to clean up.
The taste is really different from a normal
cooking pan so get your own cast iron skillet asap.

I usually
cook salmon fillets in a
