I think the key was
cooking the potatoes separately and adding them back in at the end.
Also, instead of
cooking potatoes separately you could just add them to the water to boil.
Haddock is really cheap right now, so I like it instead of cod and
I cook the potatoes separately... just didn't have room for both on one cookie sheet.
