Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Bake the bread for 55 minutes to 1 hour until the top has browned and an instant - read thermometer inserted in the center reads 200 degrees
F. Cool on a wire rack for 30 minutes before removing from the pan to cool completely.
Let the
muffins cool on a wire rack at least 10 minutes before carefully removing each from the tin (I like to run a sharp knife around each muffin compartment and carefully lift each out).
