The unique shape of the bottle allows for quicker
cooling time in the fridge (therefore decreasing the risk of bacteria) and they are also stackable.

One thing I didn't mention
in the Paleo chicken salad recipe, is that if you have
time, I prefer to put my chicken
in the
fridge for a half hour or so and let it
cool down all the way, because if you put hot chicken on the greens and then put the dressing over it, it turns
in to a wilty, soggy mess.
Thawing the meat is simple — I either add the wrapped and sealed meat to
cool water
in the sink, or thaw
in the
fridge if I have extra
time.
(You can also cook the quinoa ahead of
time and leave
in the
fridge to
cool.)
I recommend making the rice ahead of
time so it has a chance to
cool in the
fridge.
Then if the
timing works out for you, about a couple hours before your guests come mix
in the fruit, cherries, marshmallows and
cool whip together... then store
in the
fridge if you have room.
While you can serve this cheesecake once it
cools, I find it does benefit from sitting at least four hours or preferably overnight
in the
fridge so the flavors have
time to soften and blend.
The flavor actually improves as the cheesecake spends
time in the
fridge — so it's best to make it the day before you want to eat it, let it
cool to room temperature, then wrap the top with aluminium foil and let it sit
in the
fridge overnight.
I also recommend making the chia jam
in advance, so it has
time to
cool in the
fridge before you begin making the recipe.
I found myself pressed for
time and didn't have an hour to allow the falafels to
cool in the
fridge beforehand, but they turned out just fine.
I highly recommend refrigerating them over-night, but if you are short on
time, please allow at least 1 - 2 hours
in the
fridge, once completely
cooled.
Take it out of the oven and if you have
time, let it
cool, then put it
in the
fridge (still wrapped
in foil) until it is cold.
[Note: risotto can be made ahead of
time and
cooled overnight
in the
fridge.
Leave the brownies for at least 5 hours before cutting and eating (I personally couldn't wait that long and I put them
in the
fridge after about 15 min of
cooling down
time and then ate them about an hour later!).
Place brownies

fridge for 30 minutes to speed up
cooling time.

time), but either way, I loved them and will make them again soon.

My recommendation is to boil and
cool the potatoes ahead of
time, even the night before and store them
in the
fridge inside an airtight container.
Some moms recommend
cooling the cabbage
in the
fridge first, so it provides cold relief at the same
time.
