I made a super easy, warm
corn and black bean
salsa that both fills the quesadillas, and is served

side is golden / Garnish with a little extra

The sweet of the potatoes was a nice contrast to the spicy
salsa, and the
corn on the cob we had

side was well worth the flossing effort later
