Should the parents
be unable to agree about where and when the child
is enrolled
in school or extracurricular activities that infringe on the time the child
is with the other parent or involve both parents bringing the child to practices, rehearsals,
competitions, or shows, the parents shall: Seek professional assistance from a licensed family
counselor or private mediator to resolve their differences or participate
in at least six co-parenting or counseling sessions to develop a plan for such activities each year.
