I have a question regarding calorie and macro
counting on keto.
Believing those misguided souls who claim that calories don't
count on keto - WRONG!!!

Erythritol carbs have no impact
on blood sugar and can be
counted as zero by diabetics and those
on a
keto diet — that's why I don't include them in the nutrition info.

I would caution that if you reduce the water you also reduce some of the fruits because you'll be concentrating those carbs into a smaller amount of liquid increasing the overall carb
count per cup — only a concern if you are
on keto.
And you'd think they were right since dieting includes an enormous list of things to do like
counting daily calories, lowering carb intake, avoiding white wheat, reducing fat intake, drinking lemon juice in the morning, writing in a nutrition diary about everything you've eaten that day, eating more vegetables, drinking a lot of water, slowly chewing your food, taking fat burner supplements, eating lots of bacon if you're
on a
Keto diet (come to think of it, that's not that bad), trying all sorts of natural weight - loss foods, sometimes even eating raw foods and the list goes
on and
on.
Also — sorry for the hounding of questions — do you recommend women
on keto count calories (except during shark week)?
You shouldn't worry about your calorie intake in this sense - in fact, many people
on keto don't need to
count calories at all.
I have 7 to 8 pounds to lose (my jeans are tight (I do not weigh myself... makes me crazy)... don't lose with LCHF... I never had a straight answer... do you have to
count calories to lose
on LCHF... my
keto where always very dark (maybe I did not drink enough H2O)....
I'm concerned about that also, but I know there are plenty of people out there that don't
count calories when
on Keto too.
I can always
count on you to give a most thorough answer backed with research to a
Keto question.
For this reason, most of you won't need to
count calories
on a
keto diet.

counting macronutrients
on a vegan
keto diet I found that when I used different brands I got very different results.
Most people lose weight
on keto without
counting calories, because
keto makes them feel satiated more quickly and for longer periods of time, which leads to skipping meals and eating smaller portions.
Women rarely lose weight
on keto without
counting calories.
Although most of you won't need to
count calories
on a
keto diet, it may help you get a better idea of your macronutrients, especially protein intake.
Unlike other
keto cookbooks, every recipe in this one includes a macro
count broken down into calories, fat, carbs and protein to ensure you stay
on track for your goals.
For this reason a
Keto program is not focused
on counting calories, but rather
on eating to satisfaction.
I recommend some kind of probiotic
on keto, vitamin c, and do nt eat fat alone, unless you
count calories.
You don't necessarily need to
count calories - use the
keto calculator to get an idea of what you should be eating
on say «slow» fat loss.
But obviously at that carb
count I won't be able to have these
on a
Keto diet
