food and favorite dishes.
But wanted to add that I had good results by limiting my eating window — not obsessing over
food,
counting calories, etc, just eating well kinda like you are, but delaying my
breakfast as long
as I could in the morning, so for me that's between 10 - 11ish, and then stop eating at 6 pm.
