Add water, spinach, alfalfa sprouts and green onions to your
fry pan, mix together and then let cook for about 5 minutes,
covered.
Rinse the greens and steam in a wide skillet or stir -
fry pan, just for a minute or so (
covered), until wilted.
Heat oil in the cast iron
pan over medium - high heat until it reaches 350 °F on a deep -
fry thermometer, or a chopstick inserted in the oil is immediately
