I have tried several different cracker recipes and each time I was frustrated by the difficulty in
cutting cracker shapes easily.
Shape and gather together where the tubes join to create the
familiar cracker shape, then secure with ribbon, taking care not to rip the paper.
Peel off the top layer of parchment, then use a pizza cutter to score the dough
into cracker shapes.
I tried making these crackers this morning and they turned out into crumbs... however they were ta tasty... any advice to get them to keep
the cracker shape?
now bake it for about 30 minutes (or until semi dry), now take them out and score them with a knife or spatula to create
the cracker shape, now put them back in the oven.
Remove the top layer on parchement and using a blunt knife or pizza cutter cut the dough into
cracker shapes.
