I made this with a simple piece of art that I thrifted -LCB- the one on the left -RCB-, some paint to freshen up the frame and inside and I used card stock paper you can find at any craft store.
cut the bottom and top off (actually used 2 boxes the same size) and took some craft paint in white and quickly and lightly brushed paint on the cardboard... inside and out....
Using a small craft brush and white craft paint, I edged out the inside of the black lines and then filled it in by pouncing with a sponge.
