Cranberry Sauce:
Pulse sugar, honey,
and cranberries in a
food processor or blender.
Place
cranberries and 1/2 cup of sugar
in food processor and pulse until
cranberries are finely chopped
and sugar is incorporated, careful not to puree.

pulse cranberries and 1/4 cup powdered sugar together until
cranberries are about the size of coarsely chopped nuts.
