So once you adjust that post-workout meal by adding more carbohydrates than you were doing, you'll find that later
on in the
day, your body is not
craving those carbohydrates
like you kind of suggested in your question, so step one is to make sure that you have already gone through that — basically kind of week long period where your breaking that sugar addiction.

like to carb cycle once every 2 - 4 weeks for a
day or three depending
on how long my keto was for, these carb
days I eat
like a pig for a big metabolism boost and refilling whatever carbs are good for in my body... it's also good psychologically as I get to have a controlled planned binge

cravings by eating a lot of sugar based christmas goodies --(i say goodies because it doesn't help to be negative about what's already been done!)
While most people
crave for burgers and other junks

like this, to me nothing beats a casserole of moules - fries, majones and a cold beer and that's exactly what i enjoyed in Covent Garden today.
It doesn't look much
like summer
on this icky rainy
day, but that doesn't keep me from
craving popsicles, refrigerator pies, watermelon, and my favorite summer treat: pink lemonade!
I do see myself doing mini programs though,
like 7 - 14
days of
on - plan eating after the holidays and vacations or when I find myself
