The reason
for my not eating fruit
after dinner is that I ALWAYS
crave sugar BIG TIME in the evening, I'm always looking
for something sweet to snack on.
My
cravings were typically the strongest
after eating a meal (
for something sweet) or in the late afternoon before dinner (
for something savory), so I tried to think back to times in my life when I didn't have these urges and suddenly things clicked!
These do look like the perfect post-flight meal —
something warming, comforting,
sweet and yet still reasonably healthy is always what I
crave after sitting
for hours in transit.
