for a way to reduce our intake of indulgent holiday desserts, and with that may come those intense sugar
cravings.
I find a small serving of fruit
after dinner satisfies any
craving for sweets.
My
cravings were typically the strongest
after eating a meal (
for something
sweet) or in the late afternoon before dinner (
for something savory), so I tried to think back to times in my life when I didn't have these urges and suddenly things clicked!
These do look like the perfect post-flight meal — something warming, comforting,
sweet and yet still reasonably healthy is always what I
crave after sitting
