crazy body changes that are happening in my life.
Not exact matches
I know this sounds
crazy, but it's very much in line with the visualization we do during pregnancy and labour to open our cervix and prepare our
bodies for
change.
Pregnancy brings some amazing, albeit super
crazy,
changes to your
body.
So, take advantage of all the
crazy changes to your
body and enjoy it.
When you are pregnant, your blood circulation
changes, and again, those hormones are
changing your
body in a
crazy way.
Its
crazy how much your
body can
change in just a few weeks.
In order to stop feeling
crazy around food, you have to
change the way you think about food and your
body, and learn how to eat.
These hormones don't react well to «crash dieting» or sudden
changes in lifestyle every few months because these throw off homeostasis and cause your hormones to go wonky, doing
crazy things with your
body (weight gain, insane cravings, mood swings, insomnia, fatigue just to name a few).
I guess I defined myself around my
body, so I thought if this
changed, then so would I. Sounds ridiculous, I know, but sometimes the female brain can be a little
crazy!
Sounds
crazy, because most people only think of «cardio» as something that can make you gasp for air and have your heart beating out of your chest... but training with weights at a high enough intensity and challenging weight using the right exercises is actually creating MORE of a reason for your
body to respond and
change.
It's so
crazy to see all the
changes that my
body has gone through already while our little miracle grows.
The
crazy thing about taking pictures of yourself almost everyday for five years is that you have a record of ALL the
body changes.
So
crazy seeing my
body change before my eyes.
Your
body changes SO much throughout pregnancy... my ribs expanded like
CRAZY and none of my bras ended up fitting.
I even
change by
body wash with the seasons,
crazy I know!
