It's quite simple to make your own sour cream, with just TWO ingredients: heavy
cream and milk kefir.

You can just blend some raw
milk or
kefir with a few egg yolks
and natural sweetener like raw honey — it's kind of like easy ice
cream!
Keep in mind, once the lactose sugar is removed from the
cream,
and the
Kefir milk this ice
cream will have a sweet tart taste to it.
This includes any cow, goat, sheep
milks and cheeses, or anything made from them: (hard or soft cheeses, cottage cheese, yogurt,
kefir, sour
cream, whipped
cream), with the exception of ghee
and butter.

Kefir Bacteria (Lactobacilli bacteria)- Its not dairy but is used to make

Kefir in the freezer so you can perpetually re-use it — while waiting for yogurt to become cheese.

cream milk, living in a warm climate it has really taken off, my husband is really enjoying it, But apart from tasting it i'm afraid to actually drink it as I'm pregnant

cream and butter, the fat on my meat, bone broth; within the last year have given up vegetable oils except olive; gluten free for 2 years; very little organic cane sugar say less than 2 - 3 T. daily, many days none; wine
and cheese of my own making, mostly my own

6 ounces coconut

milk or raw
cream 2 or more tablespoons almond butter 6 large dates, pitted

Fit in some raw animal protein
