I make the buns very often, and the
recipe seems almost fool - proof — never fails: 1 cup egg whites
from a carton (equals about 6 - 7) whipped 8 minutes on high, 1/2 cup JR whey protein, 3 - 4 ounces very softened
cream cheese.
But, looking at your
recipe posted here, it looks like the ratios of whites / whey /
cream cheese might be different
from what I used following your video.
For example, our appetizer and casserole
recipes that use lots of mayonnaise or
cream cheese will be found in the regular index but have been omitted
from the healthy
recipes section.
For single specialized
recipes (like Tiramisu and Super Greens), you'll need ingredients like rum, matcha powder, etc. - For the protein bars toppings / frostings, you'll need Greek yogurt, Neufchâtel
cream cheese, coconut oil, various nuts and seeds, caramel sauce (I used Date Lady ® Organic Caramel Sauce throughout the book because it's made
from dates instead of sugar), 100 % fruit spread, ground flaxseed meal, shredded coconut, quick cooking oats and quinoa flakes.
