I found a recipe for cream of mushroom that is fantastic, but hadn't found one
for cream of chicken yet.
I used just the base (cauliflower, zucchini, chicken broth, coconut milk, lemon juice, and ghee) and made it
into cream of chicken soup.
In the bowl of your slow cooker mix
together cream of chicken soup, water, two packets of chicken gravy mix, onion flakes, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
This recipe is a little drier than you might expect, compared to using
real cream of chicken or celery soup.
This casserole is inherently a little more dry than a typical casserole that
uses cream of chicken / celery, since it is with healthier ingredients!
Additionally, I love using Campbell's 98 % fat
free cream of chicken soup because it has the best mouth - taste, flavor, and consistency for this sauce.
