Open the
can of coconut milk and use a spoon to scoop
out the hard,
cream part that has separated from the water.
I love how they
can be made in a myriad
of ways, rolled in copious amounts
of red sauce and mingling with spaghetti, drowning in
cream sauce and making

out of cream you
can use evaporated milk in a pinch!

out again to a different store around the corner in hopes that they would have
cream risen
cans of coconut milk....

In a high - speed blender, add the coconut milk, scraping the entire

out some sour
cream with the highest percentage
of fat you
can and proceed with my little recipe.

of yummy vegan ice
creams out there, but we make ours with a frozen banana base, so you
can indulge without any guilt!
