Cream During the late spring and early summer there are certain specific destinations I go to
on my long walks in the South Valley of Albuquerque: fruiting mulberry trees.
Caramel
sauce is also delicious drizzled over vanilla ice
cream, apple pie, oatmeal, bananas, and the list goes
on.
They place scoops of vanilla ice
cream over the warm cookie and drizzle lots of caramel and chocolate
sauce on top.
In a medium
sauce pan
on med / high, add heavy
cream, ranch dressing (powder) grated Parmsan cheese and peas.
To serve, place a slice of angel food cake
on plate, top with generous amount of apples, whipped
cream, and a drizzle of the
sauce.
This cashew
cream sauce is my take
on Mexican red enchilada

Once the ice
cream is made, to create the marbleized or swirled pattern, place about one third of the ice

on 3 - 4 T sugar per cup / Adjust sugar to personal taste, a little more or less / 2 t orange or lemon zest optional — place 1 t in cooking mixture, reserve the rest for later / Place ingredients in a small pot, bring to a simmer and cook for about 8 minutes, until cherries are slightly softened / Remove from heat.

Cream room temperature butter and brown sugar together for 5 — 8 minutes / Add egg & milk mixture (w / extracts) a little at a time until fully incorporated / By hand or with mixer

When I wrote The Perfect Scoop, I was excited for the opportunity to be able to write a book
on ice
cream that included the basics of making ice
cream at home, but made sure it had a special emphasis
on all the mix - ins and
