I substituted the strawberry ice
cream in the Cooking Light recipe for chocolate and made my own fudge
sauce to go in between layers and

cream on top, but because the strawberry
sauce was still warm, it just melted everywhere.
Tortellini Soup with Spinach and Tomatoes — Often times tortellini is stuffed with cheese and loaded with

sauces on top, but this recipe is a nice twist because it is actually a tortellini soup with spinach and tomatoes added in.

We ditched the sugar in the apple
sauce (because it's really not needed if you use sweet apples), replaced cookie crumble with a simple nut and date crumble and used whipped coconut
cream on top to make it vegan.
The main course consisted of classic Siberian pel» meni dumplings, with two separate stuffings: «Forest dumplings» with venison and blueberries, garnished with butter and sour
