These colorful latkes make a stunning presentation when served on a platter with toppings such as sour cream, diced tomatoes, chopped green onions, chopped cilantro or parsley, thinly sliced avocado, whole or sliced olives, and hot sauce.

I didn't put the chocolate sauce on top because I am going to serve it with vanilla ice cream and chocolate topping.

To serve, spread some granola on a plate, then top with a pear half and sweetened whipped cream, then drizzle with red wine reduction sauce.
