VANILLA BEAN ICE CREAM Ever ~ Made with
Coconut Milk!
2 tablespoons (24g) unrefined
coconut oil 1/4 cup (55g) Califia Farms unsweetened almondmilk 3/4 cup (170g) brown sugar 1 cup (220g) homemade smooth +
creamy peanut butter 2 teaspoons (12g) pure
vanilla extract 1/4 teaspoon (1g) baking soda 1/2 teaspoon (3g) fine sea salt 1 1/4 cups (175g) unbleached flour (see notes for a GF option)
Add bananas, ice, milk, coffee, oats, honey, almond butter, chopped chocolate covered espresso beans,
coconut oil, and
vanilla in a blender and blend until smoothie and
creamy.
Then there is a layer of fresh banana slices, encased in a
creamy chocolate cinnamon avocado mousse, topped with
vanilla scented
coconut cream, topped with fresh passionfruit because YES passionfruit is amazing.
Savor the naturally rich, buttery,
vanilla enhanced
creamy coconut goodness of the original recipe as is or try the variations below.
Add the honey,
coconut oil, and
vanilla and process until the mix is
creamy and smooth, 2 - 5 minutes.
Using a stand mixer or electric hand mixer, mix together the butter (or palm shortening),
coconut oil, honey,
vanilla and cinnamon until smooth and
creamy.
Put the cocoa,
vanilla extract,
coconut milk and pulse for a while and put the grounded hazelnuts and pulse for a while until smooth and
creamy.
Coconut milk is much
creamier, almond milk is a little thick but bland if you go for the unsweetened kind, and flax milk tastes like melted
vanilla ice cream.
With added
vanilla, cashew nut butter, unrefined
coconut sugar and lucuma powder, this bar still retains its deliciously
creamy taste.
Place the chia seeds,
coconut milk, raw cacao,
vanilla, salt, and soaked dates in a blender and blend until smooth and
creamy.
Drain the cashews, then blend with the soy milk,
coconut cream, syrup, lemon juice and
vanilla until smooth and
creamy.
When your coffee is ready, pour it into a saucepan along with your almond milk,
coconut milk, honey,
creamy pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, loads of cinnamon (always) and
vanilla.

I tweaked a bit to make Vegan Choc Chip Peanut Butter Flaxseed Maca cookies: 1/4 sunflower oil & 1/4
coconut oil 1/2 cup
coconut palm sugar & 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup
vanilla almond milk + a dash of
vanilla coconut milk A dash extra
vanilla extract 3/4 regular jar of
creamy peanut butter 1.5 rounded tsp's of ground Flaxseed 1/2 teaspoon ground Maca root Baked for 11 min at 350 for the perfectly delicious healthy light fluffy cookie!!
I blended it with
coconut oil to get the firmer texture once chilled and cashew butter for a
creamy richness plus a little
coconut syrup and
vanilla bean for sweetness and flavour.
